Jose, please, stop this. importing kml data files from the AIG (Autoridad Nacional para la Inovación Gubernamental) is not allowed. the data is clearly declared proprietary, to ESRI and the corresponding national institution, in this case the IGNTG.
moreover, your edits are NOT CLEARLY marked as imports: "Agregando Detalles". that's definitely not a clear label to what you are doing.

hola. por favor menciona la fuente de tus datos, pues lo que estás añadiendo no corresponde a la frontera sur-occidental de la comarca/distrito. no tengo dudas que lo tuyo sea más correcto, pero hace falta la fuente, pues las fronteras de corregimiento no son cosas que se ven en las fotos aéreas.
