that's not what you did 4 years ago, and I see that you're still not doing that, for example changeset/140080564 (however reasonable your changes there, you're not describing them. )

hi. next hint: remember that people who review your work do not necessarily know about the hashtags that you're mentioning.
some reviewers are interested in buildings, some in healthcare, some in commercial or financial tags, some focus on additions, some on updates, some on deletions.
it's helpful if you state *what* you are doing (which action) to what *kind* of objects (buildings? roads? waterways? etc.)
then use as many hashtags as the HOT project suggests, but please do not forget to help reviewers with the "action-object" part.
