this is a complex changeset, which has introduced artifacts that simply aren't there. all intersections and reverse loops have been represented as distinct ways, which isn't the case, virtually nowhere all along the Panamanian Panamericana. Author stopped mapping when asked to discuss such massive edits with the community.

interesante cuestión. yo qué haría? de como lo describes, entiendo que si el propietario te ve cruzando no te va a disparar, quizás ni a decirte "oiga cómo se le ocurre de meterse por ahí". diría que es entre access=private/permissive/unknown. con la trail_visibility=no ya dijiste "no lo hagas". pero ahora le falta la etiqueta "highway=path". no sé en otras partes del Caribe o del mundo qué hacen.
