What do you mean by craft=commercial? There is not really a good description for that in the wiki.

What does landuse=fixme (0xab00 természetes tereptárgy) mean? See the history.
Landuse always should be on an area, but the original mapper failed to do that.

You have used natural=parc here:
way/135450329
But for a park the correct tag would be leisure=park.
It is much better to just use that last tag for this area (and skip leisure=common)
You could even try landuse=village_green for the whole area between calle 36 and calle 40.

I have corrected this to be building=house.
natural=house is not a correct tag.

There are now two areas of landuse=residential that partly overlap. Can you fix that?

Der ursprüngliche Mapper setzte dort natural=information ein (vor 6 Jahren), aber das ist kein gültiges Tag. Ich denke, tourism=information ist besser.
