Using wrong changeset comments is also considered bad practice!

This changeset is considered vandalism and hence deleted by the DWG.

Once you have changed it, it will take some time (sometimes more than a week) before it shows up on the map in all zoom levels.
Be patient!!

Maybe those UPPERCASE names only show up at certain zoom levels.

I don't see any reference to Wado City. Please note that your browser might show cached data. Please do a browser refresh to see the current version.
I still do see a lot of UPPERCASE names like WARRI ISLAND and WARRI DELTA STATE!

Note:
mapillary=* is supposed to be a link to an image, see:
mapillary=*
Why are you using UPPERCASE for the name WARRI? All other places are in mixed case. See:
osm.wiki/Names#Uppercase_characters

Areas where people grow something have one of the many choices for landuse=*
