quelques tags mériteraient d'être harmonisés.
exemple landfill:type -> location osm.wiki/FR:Key:location et informal=* (d'après la page wiki de landuse=landfill)
wikipedia:en=* -> wikipedia=en: même si la seule page que j'ai regardé ne parlait pas de cette décharge en particulier mais de l'ensemble (on met un tag wikipedia quand il parle d'un objet précis).
content=* est sans doute aussi à envisager au lieu de landfill:waste.
je me demande aussi la fiabilité de la source quand je vois que la profondeur varie fortement entre 2 modifs node/2284038802/history

building:material=wood is maybe also a good idea.

an undocumented tag that can be understood as a place to place tents in case of disaster, but your description talks about storing equipment, so it's quite confusing
