il est difficile de donner un avis tant il est difficile de comprendre quel est l'intention initiale.
il n'y a je crois jamais de besoin de couper pour connecter, on peux connecter une route à une autre en n'importe quel point, y compris en rajoutant un point si l'endroit de connexion n'en a pas.
pourriez-vous donc expliquer ce que vous souhatez faire ?
à noter que le validateur alerte qu'il y a 3 endroits où des chemins se croisent, c'est souvent utile de voir ce qu'il dit

les tags de type de magasin dans osm s'écrivent en anglais.
le mieux est d'utiliser le moteur de recherche dans iD afin de trouver le bon tag.
Pareil pour les heures d'ouverture, une interface graphique existe mais elle a un problème temporaire.

I would tend to fill in the signs that are there.
if there was a sign talking about the ban on camping including inside a vehicles, then tents=no caravans=no caravans=no and maybe not:tourism=camp_site is the most appropriate.
if there is a sign that limits the duration of the parking, the maxstay tag is the most appropriate.
if it is simply the legislation that prohibits camping wherever it is not allowed, generally we don't tag the implicit law in osm. but you absolutely want to add a tag, imho the best is not:tourism=camp_site

avant envoi (et même idéalement avant modif), le chargement de la zone dans josm aurait permit au validateur de détecter la superposition des bâtiments
le lendemain de l'envoi, osmose le détecte aussi

ce changeset n'a pas de sens, il déplace tous les nœuds de 2 bâtiments sur 3km tout en conservant 2 nœuds communs avec un bâtiment resté à l'emplacement d'origine.
je l'ai par conséquent annulé.

yes indeed, if the backcountry tourism=camp_site doesnt have a formal or a natural borders, an area is not a good idea.
so just a node near the center of all pitchs with tourism=camp_site backcountry=yes
