about the truncated dates, what seems best to you ?
- delete the truncated dates since it is unusable/incorrect?
- replace by 2000..2010 (format proposed in the documentation of the check_date key (but not in the documentation of the survey:date key to specify that the date is in this range)
- replace by "before 2013"? (same as for the previous proposal)
