source:dam simply means its geometry was taken from Bing photos.
source:geometry is usually used for this.
"source" tag alone is not good choice as it would become ambiguous if more tags were added (website,address etc).

Actually it was typo and the tag should be full_name.
The name tag is defined as a common name, so it is not always the same as full/official name of a company.
That why it was tagged this way here.
But full=xxx is still valid tag and it should not gone. At least not before contacting original author by a changeset comment.

There was nothing wrong with source:dam.

You know, we don't use shop category for fuel but amenity. And amen=fuel really looks like typo for amenity=fuel.

I don't see any reason for cleaning.
