Ich hätte hier keine Fläche erstellt, sondern die Spielplatz node zu einem razed:leisure oder disused:leisure=playground gemacht.

You used the attraction category for the 3D Neongolf Munich although the place is a golf course and not a tourist attraction. Please don't do that in the future.
You can use OSM Notes (1) if you can't find a category that fits.

Hier gibt es jetzt für die 31 drei Adress Features.
- die Adresse an der Gebäudefläche way/498651896
- Node node/2471583249
- Node node/11364991504
(Einschub: Die Adresse, die am Kindergarten eingetragen zählt hier nicht mit, weil die Adresse dort eine Eigenschaft des Kindergartens und kein eigenes Feature ist.)

Das sind zwei zu viel, weil es für jede Addresse nur ein Address Feature in OSM geben sollte. Lösche also bitte bei zwei von den drei die Adresse wieder.

Please use the latest version of Organic Maps (1), a further-development of maps.me, for editing OpenStreetMap.
