wenn beim parallelen Radweg (way/19828879) traffic_sign=DE:240 (blaues Schild für gemeinsamen Geh- und Radweg) wie in OSM eingezeichnet stimmt, dann war bicycle=use_sidepath hier doch richtig oder?
Ich würde den Radweg westlich der Straße als straßenbegleitenden Radweg zählen.

Are you sure bicycles are forbidden?
When I was there a while ago cyclists and pedestrians shared the sidewalk.

Constructions sites can, of course, change quickly, but I don't think that banning cyclists from a major road is something the administration would do.

- Die aktuelle Theresienwiesen Fläche als recreation_ground oder park (ist Park e.v. etwas überbewertet für eine steinige Wiese?) (+ e.v. place=square, auch wenn ich das eher weglassen würde)
- Neue, kleinere, Fläche für den fairground

Hi,

I disconnected the path on purpose as there is a wall separating the upper and the lower path. Climbing down the wall was possible, but I wouldn't count that as a highway=path.

Unfortunatelly I can't recall how the section where the note is placed looked like. I don't think there was a gate blocking the way back then.
