does this place (1) you added really match the OSM definition of tourism=alpine_hut (2) (staffed and you can eat and sleep there)?
Or is that rather an ameniy=shelter (3)?

I wouldn't use surface=gravel as, the track's surface doesn't macht the original definition of "Broken/crushed rock with sharp edges, known as ballast on railways"(2) and because it's usage for a wide meaning range makes this tag ambiguous.
I heaven't cycled on this track for about a year, but surface=peblestone (3) could fit there.
Best would probably be to split the way up with some sections as surface=compacted and some with surface=peblestone.

in OSM werden auch private Wege eingezeichnet und dann mit access=private gekennzeichnet. Ich hab den Weg deshalb wieder verlängert.

Ok, thanks, I removed the ATM. Maps.me is a rather bad app for editing OpenStreetMaps data.
