Address should be checked.
Currently, it's "Calle Compañía 20".

I've stayed in this house and the owner of the apartment listed it as
"Plaza de la Encarnación 20". Elevator's safety check sticker also mentions Plaza de la Encarnación, but not sure in what context.

I've tried to find Spanish cadastre, but if I understood it correctly, it's "Plaza de la Encarnación 28" there. https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es/Cartografia/mapa.aspx?del=41&mun=900&refcat=5227302TG3452G0001QM&final=&ZV=NO&anyoZV=

There was also number 20 on top of door near Plaza de la Encarnación 19, East of mushrooms. Currently, google maps leads there.
