There is a stile here to allow access to/from road and canal towpath

You can leave the cycle lane here to access the Star Inn and also use the Folly Lane to walk to the Follow Tower

On the basis of our driver feedback. I found the following issue to exist in this location. I would like to check if the issue still exist in this location. If you are going to survey or have local knowledge of this vicinity, please make necessary changes in OSM.
I have added restriction based on feedback from our driver since it is a safety issue.
Please update the status once bridge health is normal or let us know we will do it from our end.
