Notts CC Twitter feed says that the A6005 through Chilwell is being reduced to 30 mph. Last years consultation says it's likly to be from here to the Queen's Road West Junction near Chillwell School

Construction work for No.2 Nottingham Science Park now underway

New weight limit due to come into force 2 July 2020. Need to check extents and limit.

Nottingham Post have reported a new road linking Back Lane to Hill Top via the west of Castle Donington is now under construction, with completion due "next summer". They also report the first of some new houses have been completed.

Walking map signage indicates there is a link between the pondside path and car park

Crossing hasn't yet been painted, marked with "B" (elsewhere obviously used for the Bike side of the path). Unclear if this will be simple some bike symbols painted on the red ashphalt, or if a proper bike & pedestrian crossing will be marked.
