This road connecting the northbound UCR East to UCR North, UCR East southbound and TPE Northbound has recently been religned to the west, presumably to allow the new viaduct connecting the southbound TPE Loyang Exit to southbound Upper Changi Rd East avoiding the PIE/ECP/ Upper Changi Rd East/North exit on the southbound TPE.
