What are these small commercial areas supposed to represent? I can't imagining that they are entire lots, nor that lots are zoned commercial in some sections and not others. There seems to be a error here that needs fixing.

street name looks wrong

There is a `mountain_pass=yes` node mapped here, with a `name=Gulmarg Road` tag on it. The underlying topography does not indicate a pass here. I think that someone wanted to add a ele tag to this road, and did it this way, with a inaccurately tagged node. Whatever the reason, it seems to be in error.

I would like to delete this node, unless there are objections.
