This road is not available in the Bing or Esri imagery, it passes other roads by w/o intersecting nodes, and although it has a number of versioins there has been no significant changes since its first version (see: http://osmhistory.appspot.com/way/359734078/1 and http://osmhistory.appspot.com/way/359734078/7) The original changeset was made w/o a comment and listed "MAPNIK" as the imagery_used. The user has 24 changesets to his name at the present time. I've added a comment to the chageset pointing here, and asking for more information.

I think this road should be deleted if we do not get clarification.
