No problem, I restored the tags to the bus stop.

Stop H1492 seems to be a local bus ('lähibussi') stop, which is only identified by small blue shield in a pole somewhere. It's in Reittiopas and has a line (34) stopping on it, so it's likely valid.

Reverting this (and other similar tags in Finland) would also break public transport routing to the entrances in question.

Isn't there another tag you could use to indicate that the address is to a staircase, if that's important?
