Nope, that was a goof. Should be fixed now.

I did that one manually. I saw that the parking field aligned *almost* exactly to the parcel, and conflated the two. I missed copying-and-pasting the 'surface' tags. (I can also recall being a little confused, because there's nothing there in the aerial photos that resembles a parking lot, just the corner of a plowed field.

Having the protected_area together with the parking field doesn't introduce a conflict, so I undid the conflation.
