Hi,
The edits under the changeset, #105061219 were made based on the driver feedback. The edits made includes modification of access and surface tag for the part of Northeast 288th Street Road segment into surface=mud and motor_vehicle access=no, based on the driver received information. The OSM link for which is, way/758286598.
If you are going to survey or have local knowledge of this vicinity, please make necessary changes in OSM.

US 69 is has been renamed to "Lewis & Clark Trail". I don't think this street hasn't been renamed locally, and OSINT shows it's still locally referred to as US 69. (county GIS, street view.) Needs on-the-ground survey to verify.
