hm, I can't tell it... I've created the node and the only source I can imagine having used is enwiki:Jelep La; coordinates had been added there on 29 November 2009‎ by Rayshade...

name:bo and other name:xx are still missing on the node ;)

...but when checking some of the names I get the impression that they connect to Pülümür despite its name containing Melkişî - but Şablon:Bajar û gundên Pilêmoriyê is again different... :o

kuwiki seems to be organized differently in some regions so I do better keep my hands off I guess... ;)

I've just added wikipedia and wikidata tags as well as name:ku, name:diq (!) and name:hy to villages of Maden, Elazığ and noticed that Kurdish names exist in kuwiki but weren't connected to also existing trwiki Q-items so I merged them for all villages with the help of Kategorî:Gundên Madenê where every village mentions the corresponding Turkish name - a tiring job ;)

Kategorî:Gundên Melkişîyê exists too and could be correlated to Kategori:Çemişgezek belde ve köyleri... :)

Your changset comment says `diq` is used by Wikipedia and diq.wikipedia.org does exist too but there is no zza.wikipedia.org - so where would any zza related wikipedia links on osm point to?

Though https://maps.wikimedia.org/?lang=zza#10/38.5933/39.7939 does work correctly...

There's no documentation on osm wiki regarding usage of name:diq versus name:zza - seemingly not very many osm users speaking Kurdish or Zazaca are editing the wiki... ;)

Years ago I had added two or three relations for some formerly used 'buçak's (enwiki: Bucak_(administrative_unit) ) in Bartin - Kozcağız was one of them. It's now still a 'belde' but much smaller in size but looking at https://cbs.bartinozelidare.gov.tr/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=54769e5e3b4b4da2ababe913d045be40 I am not sure of the actual right boundary so I decided to delete the old relation (I also would have appreciated to be able to reuse the relation for Kozcağız but...)
