Can you give more information about the source of your edits ? There are strange tags like MAHALLE_AD=Ä°SKENDERPAÅA where Turkish chararcters haven't been converted into UTF8...Is it a HOT task ?

No - whatever I try I only get a 404. Anyway: imagery of Tianditu (see wikiproject China) is better for reservoir mapping.

I highway=unclassified a lot with josm so I don't know how undefined could happen :o

I think that's not necessary: just delete the part of the way which is under water using bing's landsat imagery and tag the rest of the old ways with something like undefined...
