Hej and welcome to OpenStreetMap,

instead of mass deleting features that are mapped and contributed by volunteers you could actually improve the data around here.

This includes marking them as private or forbidden or however they are marked/gated or limited on the ground. People will eventually just add paths/roads and features back if they actually exist in the real world or are visible on aerial imagery. So please don't delete existing features just because you do not want them to be displayed. That is not how mapping in OpenStreetMap works and is generally not tolerated.

So please start improving the data at hand otherwise you changesets have a high chance of beeing reverted because they do not improve anything.

the modified object in this changeset was an area object that wasnot completely closed although should be to work correctly. way/1922557391 was not a closed area so the Blackberry Hill Hospital was not rendering.

I suggest looking at it via OSMcha (https://osmcha.org/changesets/106035939/ or achavi (https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=106035939) if the content of a changeset is unkown to you.

the modified objects in this changeset were area objects that did were not completely closed although should be to work correctly. way/68113634 is a landuse and was not fully closed and therefor couldn't be rendered and way/168520362 was a short building line that was seemingly left from a splitting operation without further use or relation.

This looks like major work if corrections needed to be done by hand. Lot's of nodes with needless addr:country tags, multiple duplicate buildings. Also user seems to be deleted (again)?

mir ist aufgefallen, dass ein Großteil der Gebäude die du ergänzt nicht miteinander verbunden sind, obwohl sie sich entweder überschneiden oder eindeutig miteinander verbunden sein sollten (Wand and Wand).

Vielleicht kannst du ja in Zukunft etwas mehr drauf achten. Denn leider bedeutet das sonst leider viel Nacharbeit durch andere. Bing ist hier in der Gegend übrigens viel klarer als das PDOK Material und kann auch nochmal Zusammenhänge besser verdeutlichen.
