Ein Multipolygon definiert eine Fläche, wobei die Flächen, die von den inner-Polygonen gebildet werden, von der Multipolygonfläche ausgeschlossen sind. Ich nehme an, das war von dir nicht so gemeint, dass alle die inner-Flächen nicht zum Golfplatz gehören.

You seem to have misunderstood the concept of multipolygons. Multipolygons are designed to represent areas. The relation may only contain ways as members that form closed rings. At least one of them must have the role "outer". Rings within outer rings are assigned the "inner" role. In this case, the areas of the inner members do not belong to the area represented by the multipolygon. Therefore
relation/17355403 is not a valid multipolygon because way/1246848233, node/5148538660, node/5148538661 and node/5136318266 are not valid members.
In addition i think, the areas of the buldings are part of the industrial landuse, not excluded.

Warum hier überhaupt ein Multipolygon? Hier sind zwei eigenständige Parkflächen mit unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften. Mit dem Multipolygon kommt jetzt noch ein Parkplatz mit eigenen Eigenschaften dazu, die für beide Teilflächen gelten. Ausserdem ist das Multipolygon formal falsch. Es enthält nur Mitglieder mit der Rolle inner und das zwingende outer-Mitglired.
Das gilt für noch weitere Fälle.

Was soll das noexit
- an einen waterway
- noch dazu am Anfang?
Wenn das den Wasserlauf versperren soll, woher kommt das Wasser für den Bach unterhalb?
Und wenn Du solche Objekte veränderst, kümmere dich bitte auch um beteiligte Relationen!

Wenn Du vermeintliche Flächenpolygone veränderst oder löschst, kümmeer Dich bitte auch konsequent um betroffene Relationen (Multipolygone):
