The way classification was made to give continuity to some ways and having a better routing in the area. I am not sure if now the routing will be as good as it was. Almost every street in this area is a living_street or pedestrian. Using an upper level classification give us a better view and routing on the map, because there are ways that have more priority than others.
I got that information from townhall data and street view. I could be wrong, I am trying to keep a good routing and the best classification of ways. Regards

I am not sure if using Airbnb data as it is shown in their website is correct here. Maybe they use a description and we should search for a reference or name and use other tags. I do not think OSM names should be like this.

Hola, que yo sepa no es correcto, ya que así desconocemos cuál es la altura de cada elemento. Cada uno debe ponerse como parte de edificio, añadiendo su altura correspondiente y no haciendo un multipoligono que englobe a varios.

Lo decía porque hay 4 contenedores que eliminaste y luego volviste a crear justo en la acera de enfrente, cosa que simplemente moviendo y corrigiendo alguna cosa evitas eliminar.

Si no existe ahí ningún elemento físico entonces no es correcto. La playa ya se referencia con la zona de playa poniendo ahí su nombre.
Entiendo que pueden eliminarse.
