Are you sure the address is correct for Avon Cottages? The postcode is not in the normal format for UK postcodes (I would expect it to begin "SO24"), the housenumber is unexpectedly large, it's not on Younce Road (it's on Petersfield Road), and it's not in a city named Avon.

Thanks for adding this public footpath. The "Name" field is for the actual name, rather than a description. Instead, you would use designation=public_footpath so the map knows it's a public right of way. You might want to look at this page: osm.wiki/Access_provisions_in_the_United_Kingdom#Public_footpaths
