When I saw the southern end of this way: way/158796805 about three weeks ago, it was not wide enough to be called a track

way/463740609/history was also too narrow for a two-wheeled vehicle.

You have also changed way/463740612 from highway=footway to highway=track. When I last travelled along this, it was a path, not wide enough for two-wheeled vehicles. Could you reverse this change please?

in this changeset, you changed way/544579804 from highway=bridleway to highway=track. When I travelled along this bridleway in November, this was not a track - it was a dirt path, hence highway=bridleway. Could you reverse this change please?

Once again, you have changed bridleways to footways. way/387187838 is a Public Bridleway and was marked as highway=bridleway.

Further to my comments on previous changesets (http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=6801182), can you stop converting existing ways to footways, unless you are sure they are footways as opposed to another kind of way, please?

Thanks. For some reason, it's usually dark when I go this way, and I'm in a hurry to get to the station, so I've usually been unaware of the footway and steps.
Is way/540149731 the cyclepath? If so, I'll mark it up like way/157777579
Incidentally, thanks for changing highway=footway to highway=path as well - it makes more sense that way.

Hello Raygungoth.

In this changeset, you added way/539663087/history as highway=steps. I have cycled many times from Brewery Road to the bridge over the canal, and did not have to dismount for steps. Could you double-check that this isn't a nearby way separate to the step-free cycle access?

Thanks for your message. I've replaced the missing access tags which I had removed incorrectly. Your message gave me an excuse to check osm.wiki/OSM_tags_for_routing/Access-Restrictions#United_Kingdom again.

Regarding the motor_vehicle restriction - I agree about preferring the conditional form. Unfortunately, in this case, I don't know what the allowed dates are, but I thought that adding seasonal would be better than nothing until someone knows the dates. I've got a note that I saw a sign, but not the dates, so I assume the dates were hidden in the undergrowth.
