So what I did:
- you broke up the existing highway=pedestrian polygon, which made the resulting map rather ugly. Those remnants were also used by several hiking and cycling relations. I improved the "virtual" centerline roads on the Grote Markt to be able to move the relations to those roads. Then I noticed the access and road info was all on the place object you made. I copied that info to the improved centerlines.
- for your new place object, I fixed a minor mistake (a tiny segment was marked as inner for some reason). I also added highway=pedestrian to the object; which is debatable

Do you think the place=square mapping is better than highway=pedestrian? I don't really mind either way, though the Grand Place in Brussels looks just fine to me as a pedestrian area. Why not keep the existing ways around the square and use them for the place object? Or if you want to keep like it is now, shouldn't we delete ways like way/929002980 and move the relations to the "fake" pedestrian highways crossing the square?

Inmiddels via Facebook van Stad Halle bevestiging gehad dat dit om een vergissing ging. De aanpassing is reeds ongedaan gemaakt.

Ben je zeker dat het hier om "lane" gaat over de hele lengte? Er zijn niet overal recente foto's, maar op dit stuk way/24591155#map=19/50.77116/4.24421 gaat het als ik hier naar kijk https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=znoXTE4GgHaoFqPBuoVBUo&focus=photo&lat=50.770760518226865&lng=4.244415190596214&z=14.833779054746788 toch wel om een "track", niet om een lane.

Goed gespot dat de stukje niet eenrichtingsverkeer was! Maar waarom haal je hier de destination tags weg?

Er zijn nieuwe verkeersborden geplaatst die de fietsroute niet meer befietsbaar maken. De fietsvriendelijke locals hopen dat het om een vergissing gaat. Als dat bevestigd wordt, dan haal ik uiteraard de fietsbeperking weer weg.
Eventueel kan je bij stad Halle een melding doen om dit na te vragen.

That wasn't really "not a path" but rather a track that is becoming disused because they recently indicated it as "no access". While a path is still disappearing, it is IMHO better to use lifecycle tags (in this case disused:highway=track). Or if the track is still being used in reality, simply add access=no.

If you keep working this way, do have a look afterwards at the points you added and check for duplicates. And you can automatically enrich the data - one really useful addition is a unique identifier of the ING brand as available in Wikidata. That makes it easy to query all the branches, see for example http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/15Tv
It would actually be quite simple to make an ING (or banks in general) oriented theme in https://mapcomplete.osm.be/ . You could then do the work right in the field!

Mooie aanpassingen van de Klarabrug! Ik heb enkel nog de "check_date" (laatste controle ter plaatse) en de "construction=footway" (die enkel logisch zijn in combinatie met highway=footway) verwijderd.
Ik zou er zelf geen expliciete bicycle=no op gezet hebben. het klopt dat de stad zegt dat dat zo is, maar op terrein zag ik (nog?) geen enkele indicatie dat dat het geval is.

De website van deze markt bestaat nog altijd. Mag ik gokken dat de markt tijdelijk gesloten is wegens covid? Dan kan je misschien beter opening_hours:covid19 gebruiken om dat aan te geven

You could use that site to add a separate node and details for the waste water disposal etc.
A few things I noticed:
- "website" is for the official website, but camper-contact is just a website about this place, not "the" website
- you link an image hosted by park4night, I'm not sure they'd be happy about that. Best to take your own image and link that. With my link you can easily do that in the field
- right now, it is impossible to route to the stellplatz; all the access roads are "paths". I suppose one of them should be a service road?
Just minor remarks, thanks for all the work you're doing in Kelmis!

We had similar issues with names of bicycle sharing networks in Antwerp and Brussels. I think there the names were simply changed to something "human readable". Since they seem to have a good ref value, having the exact same name in OSM as in the source data doesn't seem that important te me.

Het is moeilijk te zeggen op basis van luchtfoto alleen. Ik zou geneigd zijn ofwel toch het zo te laten, ofwel het hele stuk service road aan te passen, ofwel enkel het stuk van 102 tot 44. Je hebt er duidelijk over nagedacht, dus kies jij maar.

The names for the charging stations you added have underscores and all caps bits. Especially the underscores probably aren't part of the official name

Wat bedoel je precies met "geen wandelweg"? Is hier geen pad zichtbaar, of is er wel een de facto pad dat niet gebruikt mag worden? In het laatste geval is de policy van OpenStreetMap dat het best behouden blijft als een niet-toegankelijke weg (zoals je elders correct met access=no hebt aangeduid).
