The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

This is no longer "Larwill Park", nor has it been for many years. Even if there is no better name, it should not be tagged as a park. This is an inactive, fenced off construction site (future Vancouver Art Gallery) on the South end (W Georgia end), and a parking lot on the North end (Dunsmuir end)

This building still exists with people living in it.
