Perhaps "description=Mushroom farm building"?

Sorry about that. Feel free to fix it.

"building=mushroom_farm" is not a standard tag, to my knowledge. While I don't think it is forbidden to add such tags, my belief is that it is significantly better to use tags that are already well established and standardized. I also think an alternative tag would be more appropriate to indicate that this is a mushroom farm.

In this and many other changesets you have added thousands of shelters and brownfields that do not appear to exist. May I ask why you added these? Is the aerial imagery in the area extremely wrong?
