In this and many other changesets you have added thousands of shelters and brownfields that do not appear to exist. May I ask why you added these? Is the aerial imagery in the area extremely wrong?

Buildings under construction are typically tagged building=construction and construction=*, not landuse=construction. Just thought I'd let you know.

After taking a closer look, I noticed you may have used the wrong tag for these footpaths. I recommend using highway=path, not route=foot as that is meant for relations.
