This is the passageway that residents of the site use to park their cars. It would be wrong to even consider it as a service road. That's why I removed the path there as well. I live in that neighborhood so you can be sure what I say is true.

you can change them to “permissive”

also you can check it using Magic Earth Navi app for ios. It is seemed that those roads are accessible. waiting for update

i dont know why. i guess antime ago my navigation app push me to use that closed road. then i look OSM data whatbis srong and i saw that roads are open to every vehicle. sorry for my bad english. i think the situation is something like i said

I live in Cyprus and i use that roads phyisically. These roads are closed to civilian use. When these roads are not arranged as closed, it causes errors in navigation applications. That's why I edit these ways as "permissive".
