In many cases you can click on a tag or key to jump to the wiki page. Some things might seem self-explanatory, but have certain quirks that are agreed upon by the community.

Another useful reference is osm.wiki/Good_practice. In particular, you might want to look at "Keep the history" -- for example, to improve the geometry of the road we should adjust it in place, rather than deleting it and recreating it.

Specifically, addr:city is for "The name of the city as given in postal addresses" and has no relationship to the administrative boundaries.

I repeat myself: Zip code 16509 is Erie, PA. For example, the web page for Wegmans at https://www.wegmans.com/stores/erie-peach-st-pa/ says Erie, PA 16509. I will be correcting these.

Deleting everything inside the park is an unacceptable way to map.

This changeset deleted all of the roads inside the park.

Could you add more detail? Is it posted as private, is there a barrier, or does the road not exist? With these tags it's still a public foot path, which might be a little odd.

A railway=abandoned should *often* be simply left alone. It can provide a visual clue as to the state of the tracks on the ground, or the path of the right-of-way can be useful for other mapping, and in longer cases might become a rail trail.

For instance, if you go to their website https://whisperingwoodsgc.com they give their address as "Erie, PA 16506". You'll find this to be true for all of these addresses.

Again, you are using addr:city incorrectly. addr=* has the details.

Please read addr=* before you continue down this road. Tags have certain meanings, and addr:city goes along with addr:postcode. It's not correct to use the enclosing administrative boundary here.

What exactly does "fixed bus stop" mean? This essentially amounts to vandalism.
