I really don't understand the point of including hospitals, churches, parks, schools, and stores in a "residential" landuse.

In the linked video it appears to be a dogbone interchange — rather than two distinct roundabouts it's actually one long one.

At a roundabout, make sure that two roads don't connect at the same node, so that routers understand.

According to https://www.aaroads.com/guides/i-269-west-tn/, a lone secondary shield exists: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=430030268683517

But it's safe to assume that's a fluke, and this is all primary given its interstate aspirations.
