Emerald View is pretty interesting in that it combines multiple existing named parks — Olympia, Grandview, and Mt. Washington, plus some others — with a large unimproved wooded space. It would be quite reasonable for the parks to be leisure=park while the whole multipolygon is a nature_reserve. (They're also poorly mapped, I can't actually find Grandview Park.)

The wiki and standard tile layer have suburb as more or less equivalent to village. I will change them to neighbourhood. place=neighbourhood does mention homeowners association specifically as a possible use. Ideally there should be a landuse=residential area with no place node.

way/364155655 was an "inner" way originally; at some point it became the sole member of a multipolygon so the validator presumed it should have been "outer".

Does the name "Hoppy Field" have a source?

Tags on a multipolygon go on the relation only, not the member ways, e.g. way/1318588741 and way/376907057 should have no tags.
