Emerald View is pretty interesting in that it combines multiple existing named parks — Olympia, Grandview, and Mt. Washington, plus some others — with a large unimproved wooded space. It would be quite reasonable for the parks to be leisure=park while the whole multipolygon is a nature_reserve. (They're also poorly mapped, I can't actually find Grandview Park.)

The wiki and standard tile layer have suburb as more or less equivalent to village. I will change them to neighbourhood. place=neighbourhood does mention homeowners association specifically as a possible use. Ideally there should be a landuse=residential area with no place node.

The sign says "except local deliveries".

I _think_ I found all of the demolished ones in the path of the turnpike now :)

Which software doesn't implicitly use a highway=footway or highway=steps by default?

I'd probably go with `name=Welcome to Mount Washington`.

OSM Inspector describes "Way (context)
Member ways of defect multipolygons and closed ways with defects."

For instance, "ring not closed" appears as two pink dots, and all of the relation's ways are included for context. Screenshot: https://gist.github.com/jleedev/dc8cf80f624d83a6eb6402e809a6c77d

way/364155655 was an "inner" way originally; at some point it became the sole member of a multipolygon so the validator presumed it should have been "outer".

Does the name "Hoppy Field" have a source?

Tags on a multipolygon go on the relation only, not the member ways, e.g. way/1318588741 and way/376907057 should have no tags.

In case you haven't read bicycle=yes, it says "roads and paths where cycling is legal". Trespassing on a railway is not that.
