I know it's a dangerous path due to it going through the constant waterflow, but it's a path used apparently by many people in the area. Even if you wanted to deprioritize it from the routers usage, making it "service" road is just untrue.

Από κι ως πού να βάλετε αυτά τα tags σε αυτό το συγκεκριμένο, ενώ ξεκάθαρα δεν είναι κτίριο;
Επίσης το στρογγυλό κτίριο στον δρόμο για τα Δερβενάκια ( way/1338050555 ) ίσως να χρησίμευσε για κάποια περίοδο ως βάση των Γερμανών, αλλά κατά κόρον ήταν κτίριο λατομείου. Και το Google Maps δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι ισχύει, έχω δει πολλές λανθασμένες περιπτώσεις.
Γενικά, το να αναφέρετε ως οχυρά διάφορα κτίσματα, επειδή για μικρή περίοδο χρησίμευσαν ως τέτοια, ενώ είναι άλλη η κανονικά χρήση, δεν είναι συνετό. Ίσως στο description να ταιριάζει, αλλά σίγουρα όχι ως name και bunker/military/base. Αλλιώς τότε τα μισά κτίρια των πόλεων θα είχαν τέτοια tags.

Forum is needed for proper documented discussion for all to see. Because you don't take into account the history of the changes of an element that had the respected name:xx been added. You would see there that most of them are just transliterations into other writings and not, usually, actually used names in other languages. Whether they are true or not, it's not easy to find out, even if there are clear signs.
