However as this trail is a much higher quality boundary than the ones in the government's 村里界檔， let's wait until the government fixes that file and see what their new version is.

Yes originally I wanted to make a copy of the trail:
https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/72089/id-editor-copy-a-line-in-place
so changes in the trail wouldn't affect the boundary.
Anyway you are welcome to Undo it back to my previous version.
It takes many many steps in iD.

Actually that is exactly what I did at first.
(Too bad there is no "Undo" like in Wikipedia.)
Then the next day I decided that since these trails are even a better approximation of the ridgeline than my lines, I chose the trails instead.
And mainly because these village boundaries are fluid in the first place:
