Wellweg (way/23813412): Do we still consider it a sidewalk if there is no curb and everything is at the same level?

The “sidewalk” uses paving stones, but it is barely 2ft wide.

There aren’t any traffic signs suggesting bicycle=designated.

The documentation in the wiki says there must be an explicit designation (e. g. traffic sign DE:240). The mere fact that this path is about 4ft wide is insufficient.
