Separately reverting because you seem to have unintentionally attached the restaurant to the slip road.

Issues:
• Unnamed roads do not need to be labelled with a description
• Incorrect highway=* – not a tertiary road, was previously correctly tagged as service road (part of bus terminus)
• Incorrect access tags
• Incorrect names (the bus terminus already exists as way/437544009, which is labelled "旺角（柏景灣​） Mong Kok (Park Avenue)")
