The feature you're asking about is the location of the camp host (the caretaker of the campground), which is where you check in if you have a reservation. It's not inside a building, it's just a tourism=camp_pitch where the host stays.

I tagged it as camp_site=reception as recommended at the time by the tourism=camp_site page. It seems that since then the tagging recommendations have changed; I don't know the correct way to tag it now.
