How do the paths meet the building here?

is this really a long access aisle? may need to shorten / re-tag this way

Is there a crossing here? It appears unmarked, and there doesn't seem to be any sidewalk or foot path on the south side. Yet, in Bing Streetside imagery I think I can make out pedestrian crossing signals.
