Het bos is inderdaad van de gemeente berg en dal, echter beheerd park Tivoli dit stuk bos en wordt het gebruikt als parkeerterrein voor de parkgasten.
(capaciteit voor 200 auto's) Na sluitingstijd wordt het bos ook afgesloten (staat houten hekwerk omheen)

Dit stuk bos is in beheer van Park Tivoli.
Buiten openingstijden is dit bos afgesloten terrein en er loopt überhaupt geen pad over dit terrein.
