Gebied wordt momenteel bouwrijp gemaakt voor woningbouw. Bewoners parkeren tegenwoordig op het afgesloten deel van de neerbosscheweg.
Het deel wat er nog wel is wordt gebruikt door Heijmans voor opslag.
Jaap de Vries heeft de parkeerplaats al recent volledig verwijderd op dit deel.
