i have undone the alt_name tags in the lowlands. my reasoning for the highlands is based on road signage and the council's Gaelic statement

signage in the Highland Council is bilingual and the council states: "Our commitment is to give equal respect for Gaelic and English on the basis that Gaelic is an essential part of Highland life."
