As someone noticed here ( https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/shadowy-supertaggers/5543/23 ), seems improbable you are surveying all these places: Nov 20 in Romania, Nov 04 in Czechia and Scotland, Nov 03 in Switzerland, Nov 02 in Brasil and so on.

What are you trying to describe with this tag? The date of the edit is already attached in every changeset metadata, together with your username, editor, changeset number ecc.
