È proprio quella, infatti è taggata come service private. Effettivamente insieme a "Corso" Argentina (poco a nord) avrei potuto taggarle come old_name. Un altro caso di via senza cartello è Via America, però questa a differenza delle precedenti è pubblica. La mia fonte erano libri su Vercelli ma se non ricordo male tutti e tre i nomi appaiono anche su documenti del comune di Vercelli.

One of the main purposes of the waterways relations is precisely to avoid info duplication, I quote from the Wiki: "The purpose is to have only one element with all common informations about this watercourse (name in different languages, wikidata, wikipedia, ref, destination) instead of having these informations on each way (with probably some ways with missing informations)."
