The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

There is no crosswalk on that side of the street.

They are probably seperate buildings with different housenumbers, should be checked on-site.

My location

Seemingly all three of these water bodies and these two buildings are gone, but I'm leaving them here in case they're recent developments. Someone on the ground should confirm.

The Lincoln Mall is here. I don't know if the building has been abandoned, but I can see it on Bing imagery.
