What do the done=yes tags on the nodes on S Halsted indicate?

The Wiki says "The main difference from areas tagged as tourism=hotel is that resorts sell their recreation services, with housing as an additional service, but a hotels sells its housing services and recreation is just an additional service." Poplar Haus is primarily a lodging provider, so I think tourism=hotel is correct. leisure=resort is also not rendered

"Cabin" is part of the name used by the property (https://www.rockwoodbwca.com/map/) and why was www removed from the URLs?

I think highway=cycleway is generally reserved for trails suitable for any bike. Most of these trails were already bicycle=designated. See discussion https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/use-of-highway-cycleway-for-mtb-trails/122149/24

I don't think this is correct. leisure=track is for dedicated running tracks. The lakefront trail isn't specifically for running and is part of a broader network of paths

You're right, that does appear to be the convention in Wisconsin and elsewhere. Returned the name to the dual name and added a separate name:en tag
