On the wiki there is a very good article about how names should be tagged: osm.wiki/Names Please read and understand this.

We have several different kind of name tags, use them! I see in your latter edits you found you can write to name:en instead of alt_name.

Please be more careful with spelling and capitalization.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to list different spellings of the same word, r.g. coffee and café. These kind of variations should be handled by map users, apps, we shouldn't add them to the database.
